Theatre News: Write Now 2 & The Brockley Jack Writers' Workshop

Following the success of last year's sell-out festival, the Brockley Jack Studio is pleased to launch Write Now 2 - a new play season to promote contemporary writing and celebrate the creativity of south east Londoners.

Write Now 2 is inviting scriptwriters with a connection to south east London to submit a new play to the theatre. Three plays will be selected to be performed during the Write Now season in February and March 2011. There will also be a series of workshops and play readings during the festival. The deadline for applications is Friday 15 October.

Write Now 2 has been made possible thanks to funding from the Lewisham Arts Service's Take Part Fund.
